Overview
Physical Research Laboratory (PRL), a unit of the Department of Space, Government of India, invites applications for the post of Laboratory Assistant at Genesis Lab, Geosciences Division, Ahmedabad. The position is contractual for one year, extendable up to two more years based on performance.

Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, Geology, Lasers, Optics, Engineering Physics
- Experience (Desirable): One year of work experience in laboratory or industry
- Age Limit: Minimum 18 years, Maximum 28 years as on 10.12.2025 (Relaxation as per Govt. of India rules)
Salary
- Consolidated Pay: ₹23,500 per month
Selection Process
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for Skill Test and Interaction.
- Final selection will be based on performance.
