Applications are invited for the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at the BioNEST supported Biopharma Incubation Centre (BIC), purely on contractual basis.

- Salary: ₹1,00,000/- per month (fixed)

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering/Medicine/Pharmacy or equivalent
- Diploma/Degree/Certificate in Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in start‑up incubators or related field
Desirable Qualifications
- Strong communication, managerial, and leadership skills
- Drafting and noting skills, grant proposal writing
- Experience in organizing seminars, workshops, training programs, and high‑level meetings
Age Limit
- Maximum 45 years as on the last date of application (relaxation for experienced candidates).
📋 Job Responsibilities
- Identify potential start‑ups/ideas for incubation at BIC
- Manage procurement and commissioning of equipment and facilities
- Prepare inventory of mentors and technologies for start‑ups
- Organize seminars, hackathons, workshops, and training programs
- Assist BioNEST Coordinator in preparing reports and managing centralized facilities
- Implement user charges for equipment to build a self‑sustaining corpus
- Liaison with university departments, industry, and start‑ups for optimal utilization of BIC

- Written test may be conducted if applications are high in number
