Eligibility Criteria
Scientist/Engineer SD
- Essential Qualification: PhD in relevant discipline (RF & Microwave, Communication, Agricultural Physics/Meteorology).
- Pre-requisites:
- M.E./M.Tech./M.Sc.(Engg)/MS/M.Sc. with minimum 60% marks or CGPA 6.5, OR
- B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc.(Engg) with minimum 65% marks or CGPA 6.84, OR
- B.Sc. with 60% marks or CGPA 6.5.
Scientist/Engineer SC
- Essential Qualification: M.E./M.Tech. in relevant specialization with minimum 60% marks or CGPA 6.5.
- Pre-requisites: B.E./B.Tech. in relevant specialization with minimum 65% marks or CGPA 6.84.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 35 years (as on 12.02.2026)
- Relaxations: As per Govt. of India rules for Central Govt. employees, PwBDs, Ex-servicemen.
