- Qualification: BE/BTech
- Experience: 12 years total, with 7 years as Executive Engineer or equivalent in Level 11
- Deputation Option: Holding analogous post or 7 years in Level 11
- Age Limit: 50 years
✅ Deputy Librarian
- Qualification: Postgraduate in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation (55%+)
- Experience: 8 years as Assistant Librarian in Level 10 or above
- Desirable: PhD, ICT integration, digital library expertise, scholarly publications
- Age Limit: 50 years
✅ Deputy Registrar
- Qualification: Postgraduate (55%+); LLB, CA, MBA considered equivalent
- Experience: 9 years in Level 10 or above OR 5 years as Assistant Registrar
- Desirable: Experience in finance, HR, academics, audit, etc.

✅ Assistant Registrar
- Qualification: Postgraduate (55%+); LLB, CA, MBA considered equivalent
