📚 Essential Criteria:
- Minimum 60% marks from graduation onwards; 55% in 10th and 12th

- Experience in event management, social media, fundraising, or stakeholder engagement (preferred)
📝 Job Responsibilities:
Program Associate I:
- Lead alumni events and outreach programs
- Manage content for newsletters, reports, and website
- Drive email campaigns and social media engagement
- Support donor cultivation and fundraising initiatives
Program Assistant I:
- Assist in organizing alumni events and meetings
- Handle data entry, documentation, and correspondence
- Maintain alumni databases and mailing lists
- Coordinate with vendors and volunteers
