🌀 Mode of Selection – IBPS CSA Exam Pattern & Syllabus 2025
Candidates applying for the Customer Service Associate (CSA) post under IBPS CRP CSA-XV will go through the following stages:
- Online Preliminary Exam
- Online Main Exam
- Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT) (if required)
- *Document Verification & Provisional Allotment
Only the Main Exam score will be considered for merit and final allotment.

🔹 Preliminary Examination
- Mode: Online (Objective Type)
- Duration: 60 minutes
- Sections:
- English Language – 30 Questions (30 Marks)
- Numerical Ability – 35 Questions (35 Marks)
- Reasoning Ability – 35 Questions (35 Marks)
- Total: 100 Questions, 100 Marks
- Negative Marking: 0.25 per wrong answer
- Cut-off: Section-wise
🔹 Main Examination
- Mode: Online (Objective Type)
- Duration: 120 minutes
- Sections:
- General/Financial Awareness – 40 Qs (50 Marks)
- General English – 40 Qs (40 Marks)
- Reasoning Ability – 40 Qs (60 Marks)
- Quantitative Aptitude – 35 Qs (50 Marks)
- Total: 155 Questions, 200 Marks
- Separate timing per section
- Negative Marking: 0.25 per wrong answer
- Merit Based on: Main exam scores only
🧠 Local Language Test (LLPT)
Mandatory for candidates who haven’t studied the local language of the state/UT in 10th standard or higher. The LLPT is a qualifying test.
