  • Junior Clerk: ₹19,900 (PML-2) (Fixed Pay ₹26,000)
  • Other posts: ₹25,500 – ₹1,44,200 depending on level

Post‑wise Eligibility Criteria

  • Master’s Degree with minimum 55% marks for most posts
  • Ph.D. required for Registrar, Director, Librarian, Physical Education Director
  • Professional qualifications like CA, MBBS, Engineering, Pharmacy accepted for specialized posts
  • Relaxation of 5% marks for SC/ST/SEBC/PwD candidates

1. Registrar (ADMIN‑01)

  • Master’s Degree with 55% marks (UGC scale).
  • 15 years teaching/administrative experience (Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Deputy Registrar).
  • Age: 35–50 years.

2. Director (College Development Council) (ADMIN‑03)

  • Master’s Degree with 55% marks.
  • Ph.D. with 10 publications, research score 120 (UGC norms).
  • 10 years teaching/research experience OR outstanding professional with Ph.D. + 10 years’ experience.
  • Age: Below 50 years.

3. Chief Accounts Officer (ADMIN‑04)

  • Master’s in Finance/Commerce/Accountancy with 55% marks.
  • 15 years’ administrative/academic experience.
  • Preference: C.A. qualification.
  • Age: Below 50 years.

4. Director of Physical Education (ADMIN‑05)

  • Master’s Degree (55%) in Physical Education/Sports Science.
  • Ph.D. in Physical Education/Sports Science.
  • 10 years’ teaching/administrative experience in Physical Education.
  • Evidence of organizing competitions, producing athletes, fitness test.
  • Age: Below 50 years.

5. Librarian (ADMIN‑06)

  • Master’s in Library/Information Science (55%).
  • Ph.D. in Library Science/Documentation.
  • 10 years’ experience as Librarian.
  • Evidence of ICT integration in library services.
  • Age: Below 50 years.

6. Press Manager (ADMIN‑07)

  • Bachelor’s in Printing Technology (55%).
  • 7 years’ experience managing press operations.
  • Knowledge of printing machines, labor laws, factory act.
  • Computer applications knowledge.
  • Age: Below 45 years.

7. Assistant Registrar (ADMIN‑08)

  • Master’s Degree (55%).
  • 8 years’ experience in administration/accounts/legal/academic/exam affairs.
  • Computer applications knowledge.
  • Age: Below 45 years.

8. Lady Medical Officer (ADMIN‑09)

  • MBBS degree from recognized university.
  • Registered with Gujarat Medical Council.
  • 5 years’ relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of Gujarati, Hindi, English.
  • Age: Below 45 years.

9. University Engineer (ADMIN‑10)

  • Master’s in Civil Engineering (First Class).
  • 8 years’ experience in Civil Engineering field.
  • Computer applications knowledge.
  • Age: Below 45 years.

10. Accounts Officer (ADMIN‑11)

  • Master’s in Accounts/Finance (55%).
  • 7 years’ experience in computerized accounting.
  • Knowledge of Tally & accounting software.
  • Age: Below 45 years.

11. PA to VC / PA to Registrar (ADMIN‑12 & ADMIN‑13)

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • GCC Stenography Certificate (English/Gujarati).
  • Shorthand speed: 90 WPM (Gujarati), 120 WPM (English).
  • Typing speed: 40 WPM (Gujarati), 50 WPM (English).
  • 3 years’ experience as Stenographer Grade‑2.
  • Computer knowledge certificate.
  • Age: Below 45 years.

12. Deputy Engineer (Civil) (ADMIN‑14)

  • Master’s in Civil Engineering (55%).
  • 5 years’ experience in Civil Engineering.
  • Computer applications knowledge.
  • Age: Below 40 years.

13. Technical Assistant (Library) (ADMIN‑15)

  • M.Lib (55%) + 5 years’ experience OR B.Lib (55%) + 7 years’ experience.
  • Knowledge of library software & computer applications.
  • Age: Below 40 years.

14. Field Work Assistant (ADMIN‑16)

  • MLW/MSW (Second Class).
  • Experience in Social/Labour Welfare field.
  • Age: Below 40 years.

15. Senior Pharmacist (ADMIN‑17)

  • Bachelor’s in Pharmacy (55%).
  • 5 years’ experience in pharmacy/quality control.
  • Computer applications knowledge.
  • Age: Below 40 years.

16. Laboratory Technician (ADMIN‑18)

  • B.Sc. MLT + 5 years’ experience OR M.Sc. Biomedical Tech + 3 years’ experience.
  • Age: Below 40 years.

17. Security Officer (ADMIN‑19)

  • Graduate with Military/Police experience.
  • Strong physical fitness.
  • Age: Below 40 years.

18. Compounder (ADMIN‑20)

  • Bachelor’s/Diploma in Pharmacy.
  • 2 years’ experience in dispensing medicines.
  • Computer knowledge required.
  • Age: Below 40 years.

19. Senior Clerk (ADMIN‑21)

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 3 years’ experience in administration/accounts/secretarial work.
  • Computer knowledge mandatory.
  • Age: Below 40 years (relaxation up to 45 years).

20. Junior Clerk (ADMIN‑22)

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Knowledge of office management & computer applications desirable.
  • Age: 20–35 years (relaxation up to 45 years).

21. Laboratory Assistant (ADMIN‑23)

  • Bachelor’s in Science (55%).
  • Computer applications knowledge.
  • Age: 20–35 years (relaxation up to 45 years).

22. PwD Reserved Posts (PH‑ADMIN‑24 to 36)

  • Deputy Registrar, Programmer, Warden, Jr. Superintendent, Stenographer, Storekeeper, Compose Foreman, Electric Wireman, Sr. Operator, Jr. Clerk, Lab Assistant, Telephone Operator, Key Punch Operator.
  • Eligibility varies by post (Master’s/Bachelor’s/ITI/Diploma with relevant experience).
  • Age: 35–45 years with PwD relaxations (10–20 years).

⏳ Age Limit

  • Registrar: 35–50 years
  • Director: Below 50 years
  • Librarian/Chief Accounts Officer: Below 50 years
  • Junior Clerk: 20–35 years (relaxation up to 45 years)
  • PwD candidates: Relaxation up to 20 years depending on category
