- 15 years teaching/administrative experience (Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Deputy Registrar).

2. Director (College Development Council) (ADMIN‑03)
- Master’s Degree with 55% marks.
- Ph.D. with 10 publications, research score 120 (UGC norms).
- 10 years teaching/research experience OR outstanding professional with Ph.D. + 10 years’ experience.
- Age: Below 50 years.
3. Chief Accounts Officer (ADMIN‑04)
- Master’s in Finance/Commerce/Accountancy with 55% marks.
- 15 years’ administrative/academic experience.
- Preference: C.A. qualification.
- Age: Below 50 years.
4. Director of Physical Education (ADMIN‑05)
- Master’s Degree (55%) in Physical Education/Sports Science.
- Ph.D. in Physical Education/Sports Science.
- 10 years’ teaching/administrative experience in Physical Education.
- Evidence of organizing competitions, producing athletes, fitness test.
- Age: Below 50 years.
5. Librarian (ADMIN‑06)
- Master’s in Library/Information Science (55%).
- Ph.D. in Library Science/Documentation.
- 10 years’ experience as Librarian.
- Evidence of ICT integration in library services.

- Bachelor’s in Printing Technology (55%).
- 7 years’ experience managing press operations.
- Knowledge of printing machines, labor laws, factory act.
- Computer applications knowledge.

7. Assistant Registrar (ADMIN‑08)
- Master’s Degree (55%).
- 8 years’ experience in administration/accounts/legal/academic/exam affairs.

8. Lady Medical Officer (ADMIN‑09)
- MBBS degree from recognized university.
- Registered with Gujarat Medical Council.
- 5 years’ relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Gujarati, Hindi, English.

9. University Engineer (ADMIN‑10)
- Master’s in Civil Engineering (First Class).
- 8 years’ experience in Civil Engineering field.
- Computer applications knowledge.
- Age: Below 45 years.
10. Accounts Officer (ADMIN‑11)
- Master’s in Accounts/Finance (55%).
- 7 years’ experience in computerized accounting.
- Knowledge of Tally & accounting software.
- Age: Below 45 years.
11. PA to VC / PA to Registrar (ADMIN‑12 & ADMIN‑13)
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- GCC Stenography Certificate (English/Gujarati).
- Shorthand speed: 90 WPM (Gujarati), 120 WPM (English).
- Typing speed: 40 WPM (Gujarati), 50 WPM (English).
