🧩 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematical Statistics, Mathematics, Business Economics, Economics, or Econometrics from a recognized university.
Computer Proficiency:
- Candidates must have basic knowledge of computer applications per Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967.
Language Proficiency:
- Adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.
Age Limit (As on June 26, 2025):
- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 33 years (Relaxation up to 20 years applicable for eligible Divyang candidates per category and gender)

💼 Pay Scale
Selected candidates will be appointed initially on a contractual basis with a pay scale of ₹29,200 – ₹92,300 (Pay Level – 5) after satisfactory performance.
📝 Selection Process
- Written Examination using MCQ-based CBRT/OMR format
- Total Marks: 210, split into:
- Part A: Reasoning & Data Interpretation – 60 Marks
- Part B: General Knowledge & Subject Knowledge – 150 Marks
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks per wrong answer
