Eligibility Criteria
- For Retired Bank Employees: Retired officers up to Chief Manager rank, retired clerks of Bank of Baroda with JAIIB, minimum 3 years rural banking experience, max age 65 years.
- For Young Candidates: Graduate with computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet), preference to M.Sc.(IT)/BE(IT)/MCA/MBA, age 21–45 years, max continuation age 65 years.
- Location Requirement: Must be resident of Morbi or adjoining districts, proficient in local language, willing to travel villages, must reside near nodal branch.
- Other Criteria: Police verification, KYC & CIBIL check mandatory, adverse record candidates not eligible.
Salary
- Fixed Component: ₹15,000 per month
- Variable Component: ₹15,000 per month (performance-based)
- Conveyance Allowance: ₹4,000 per month (on inspection completion)
- Mobile Expenses: ₹200 per month
Selection Process
- Interview by committee headed by Regional Head.
- Performance reviewed monthly by FI Coordinators.
- Contract renewal based on scoring matrix and performance.
- Contract period: 36 months (subject to annual review).
