Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfill the following:
✅ Current Role: Officers in Central Secretariat Service (CSS) holding analogous posts in Level 8/10.
✅ Age Limit: Max 56 years (as of 01.03.2025).
✅ Experience & Skills:
- Managerial and interpersonal skills
- Noting and drafting proficiency
- Liaison ability with ministries and departments
- Prior experience in administration, policy, RTI, finance, audit, and public dealing
