For Assistant Librarian & Lab Technician/Assistant Posts:
- Mode: OMR-based or Computer-Based Test (CBRT)
- Duration: 120 minutes
- Medium: English
- Total Questions: 100
- Total Marks: 100
- Marking Scheme:
- +1 for each correct answer
- −0.25 for each incorrect/multiple/no response
- No penalty if “E” (No Answer) is selected
🎯 Selection Process
Assistant Librarian:
- Phase 1: Written Exam (Elimination round)
- Phase 2: Personal Interview (100 marks)
- Final selection based solely on interview performance.
Lab Technician & Lab Assistant:
- Phase 1: Written Exam (100 marks)
- Phase 2: Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) – 50 marks
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint: 20 marks
- English Typing: 15 marks
- Gujarati Typing: 15 marks
- Final merit based on combined score (150 marks)
