🎯 Mode of Selection

The selection process varies based on the post applied for:

Technical Assistant & Technician (1)

1️⃣ Trade Test – Candidates recommended by the screening committee will be invited for a trade test.
2️⃣ Competitive Written Examination – Those who qualify in the trade test will proceed to the written exam.
3️⃣ Final Merit List – Prepared based on performance in the written examination.

Junior Secretariat Assistant (Finance & Accounts / Stores & Purchase)

1️⃣ Competitive Written Examination – Candidates must qualify based on their performance.
2️⃣ Computer Typing Proficiency Test – This is qualifying in nature.
3️⃣ Final Merit List – Only candidates who pass the typing test will be considered.

Technical Assistant & Technician (1)

The exam consists of three papers:

English Typing: 35 wpm
Hindi Typing: 30 wpm
Typing Duration: 10 Minutes
Key Depressions per Hour: 10,500 (English) / 9,000 (Hindi)

🔹 Final Merit List for Technical Assistant & Technician (1) is based on Paper-II & Paper-III scores.
🔹 Final Merit List for Junior Secretariat Assistant is based on Paper-II scores (only for candidates who qualify the typing test).
🔹 Negative Marking applies to Paper-II & Paper-III sections.
🔹 OMR-Based Objective Type Multiple Choice Examination format.
